Hi! I’m Andrew Koster, proud husband, father of three amazing children, and a born and raised Oregonian. I graduated from Oregon State University in 2010 and I’m a huge fan of the Beavers. But when I’m not cheering them on, you’ll usually find me behind my pellet grill, cooking up some mouth-watering BBQ.
I’ve been involved in BBQ for decades and am an expert in the world of pellet grilling. I’ve written three books on the topic, including “Master the Wood Pellet Grill”. Whether it’s smoking a brisket or searing a steak, I know how to get the most out of a pellet grill.
I love nothing more than sharing my passion for BBQ with friends and family, and I’m always looking for ways to make outdoor cooking easier and more accessible for everyone.
